1.7 Training Requirements

1.7.1 Training period

The professional security training institutions established by law are determined according to their training objectives and teaching plans. Promotional training period: junior security guards of not less than 200 standard hours; intermediate security officers of not less than 150 standard hours; senior security officers of not less than 200 standard hours; security officers of not less than 250 standard hours; Standard hours.

1.7.2 Training Teachers

Training teachers for junior security guards, intermediate security guards, and senior security guards shall have professional qualification certificates for security guards and above or professional qualifications for intermediate or higher (including mid-level) professional technical positions in related professions such as public security and law; training of security guards and senior security guards The teachers shall have the qualifications for professional and technical positions in the public security, law, or related professional and above-subordinate (including sub-advanced) positions.

- One of the following conditions may apply for junior security guards:

(1) The professional security guard has been trained to the required standard learning hours and has obtained a certificate of completion.

(2) Continuing to work in this profession for more than three months.

- One of the following conditions may apply for intermediate security guards:

(1) After obtaining the occupational primary security guard's professional qualification certificate, he will continue to engage in this occupation for more than one year.

(2) Obtaining a professional graduate (professional) certificate of a professional security training institution established according to law.

(3) Army demobilized personnel, unit security personnel and other relevant security professionals, graduates from political science and technology colleges and above, are willing to engage in this occupation.

¡ª¡ªIf you have one of the following conditions, you can declare the senior security guard:

(1) After obtaining the occupational qualification certificate of the middle-level security guard of this occupation, he will continue to work in this occupation for more than 2 years.

(2) Obtaining a diploma of diploma of professional college established by law.

(3) Obtaining a college diploma and continuing to work in this profession for more than one year.

(4) Obtaining a college degree diploma.

(4) Obtaining a master's degree certificate and continuing to work in this profession for more than 2 years.

- One of the following conditions may apply for a senior security officer:

(1) Having a college degree, obtained professional security professional qualification certificate, and continuously engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years.

(2) Having a bachelor's degree, obtained professional security professional qualification certificate, and continuously engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years.

(3) A person with a master's degree or above, who has obtained professional qualification as a professional security professional and has continuously worked in this occupation for more than 3 years.

1.8.3 Examination Methods

It is divided into theoretical knowledge examination and skill operation assessment. The theoretical knowledge examination adopts a closed-book approach, and skill operation assessment adopts on-site actual operations and on-site question and answer. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation assessment are implemented in a hundred-point system. Those with a score of 60 or more are qualified. Security guards and senior security guards must also conduct a comprehensive review.

1.8.4 The ratio of assessment staff and candidates

The ratio of the theoretical knowledge test appraisal staff to the candidates is 1:20, and each standard classroom has no less than 2 appraisers; the skill operation appraisal is performed in proportion to the ratio of the appraisal staff and the candidates to 1:3; the fitness test is performed by the appraisers The ratio of 1:5 is proportional to the candidate's ratio; the comprehensive assessment of security guards and senior security guards establishes a special judging panel for judging and no less than five members of the judging panel.

1.8.5 Identification time

The theoretical knowledge examination time is not less than 90 minutes; the skill operation examination time is determined according to the needs of the actual operation project; the comprehensive review time of the security guard and senior security officer is not less than 30 minutes.

1.8.6 Appraisal site equipment

Theoretical knowledge examinations are conducted in standard classrooms, and skills assessments are performed at sites that are capable of performing skill operations.
