Introduction
SOS Lantian International Emergency Rescue Corps is an international relief organization jointly established by the International Ecological Security Cooperation Organization, the World Political Parties Climate and Ecology Coalition and the United Nations Security Cooperation Bureau. It was established in Beijing in 2015. The purpose of the SOS Blue Sky International Emergency Rescue Corps is to uphold the principles of respect for life, universal humanitarianism, professional rescue, unwavering mission, and unparalleled love, providing protection and technical support for international disaster prevention and emergency rescue, and in accordance with "professional, multi-energy, The principle of mobility and high efficiency has formed a scientific and professional rescue team with rapid response, high mobility, and strong assault.
Objectives and tasks: Comply with the constitutions, laws and customs of various countries, participate in global and regional geological disasters, meteorological disasters, floods, mudslides and other natural disasters, as well as professional rescue and humanitarian aid activities for sudden public health incidents to guide post-disaster reconstruction work. , to save the lives of the affected areas and rescue the people in the disaster area.
Business Scope: Implementation of emergency professional rescue of geological (earthquake, landslide) disasters, meteorological disasters, flood disasters, public health emergencies and other natural disasters; post-disaster medical rescue, psychological counseling, humanitarian relief; safety protection for major public events, emergency response Training project implementation and emergency drills; carrying out emergency rescue skill exchanges with regions and countries; holding emergency rescue forums and skill competitions.
Organization: It consists of social welfare personnel, retired members of various rescue teams, volunteers, medical workers, outdoor enthusiasts, and various professionals.

Action criteria: The rescue team must obtain the approval of lESCO/GPCEA for the implementation of international rescue operations, and obtain related diplomatic procedures to take action. The rescue team must provide more than 3 days of daily necessities (including food, beverage, etc.) for major international rescue operations; The implementation of international rescue operations must implement the principle of consistent implementation of medical care and safety to ensure the safety and efficiency of team members; search and rescue operations must strictly implement on-site rescue procedures, strict requirements, and scientific search and rescue; rescue operations must be consciously placed in relevant UN organizations or countries The on-site command coordination and assignment shall be carried out to accept the tasks and actively rescue them. Rescue operations shall respect local religions and folk customs, live in a friendly manner, and display their image. Rescue operations shall adopt a leader or captain responsibility system, take strict discipline, and listen to all actions.
